1. Client Responsibility for Sorting

The Client acknowledges that all waste, recycling, and organic materials must be sorted according to local municipal guidelines. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to ensure that bags and bins contain only approved materials.

2. City Rejections and Neglect

In the event that the city or local waste authority refuses to collect bags or bins due to improper sorting, contamination, or client neglect, Bin Butler shall not be held responsible.

3. Limitation of Liability

• Left-Behind Items: Bin Butler is not liable for any bags, bins, or materials left at the curb/collection point due to city rejection.

• Fines and Penalties: Any fines, tickets, or surcharges imposed by the city or municipality resulting from improper sorting or prohibited items are the sole financial responsibility of the Client.

4. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bin Butler from any claims, damages, or costs (including municipal fines) arising from the Client's failure to adhere to waste disposal regulations.
